Limited Addition Wines is the brainchild of Bree and Chad Stock—two wine obsessives with very different superpowers. Chad’s a classically trained winemaker with a wild streak for experimentation, while Bree is one of the few Masters of Wine in the U.S., bringing razor-sharp insight and a deep love for the land. Together, they’re on a mission to make Oregon wine more diverse, more sustainable, and a lot more interesting. Their lineup features unexpected varieties like Chenin Blanc, Mencia, and Trousseau, all grown organically and made with minimal intervention.
They work with like-minded growers to keep things fresh, diverse, and good for the planet. Their winery in Gaston doubles as a hangout for curious drinkers and community dreamers. Every bottle is a little experiment, a little love letter to the land, and a big invitation to rethink what Oregon wine can be. It’s thoughtful, delicious, and just the right amount of rebellious.
And they’re not just talking the talk. By championing grape diversity, Limited Addition helps extend the harvest season, creating safer, more stable jobs for vineyard stewards. They partner with growers to shift toward regenerative farming, and support organizations like The Roots Fund and Kiss the Ground to build a wine industry that’s more inclusive, resilient, and rooted in care—from soil to cellar.
