Where do you deliver to?
For Hong Kong Island and Kowloon:
Delivery to one location is free for purchases over HK$1,200.
For purchases below HK$1,200, a delivery fee of HK$150 applies.
For areas outside of Hong Kong Island & Kowloon:
Please select 'Quote for delivery' at checkout and we'll be in touch as soon as we can with a delivery quote.
While we do our best to offer delivery as widely as possible, there are some areas it may be more difficult for us to service. If your address falls within these areas, we'll be sure to contact you as soon as possible in order to make an alternative arrangement.
How long will it take to receive my delivery?
Order by 3:00 PM for same-day delivery, otherwise your order will be delivered within 1 - 3 days from order confirmation, depending on our operating times.

Deliveries are usually between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday - Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Can I pick up?
Pick-up from our sister restaurant, Brut! in Sai Ying Pun can be ready on the same day for pick-up between 4 pm - 10 pm but may take up to 2 business days, we will confirm the availability date once your order has been received.
For urgent pick-ups, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +852 5597 8774 and we'll do our best to accommodate as far as possible. Additional fees will be applied based on location and quantity.
No orders will be processed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays. Please reach out to us at email@example.com for any special arrangements.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above, or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to reschedule the delivery time.
Should the recipient not be available to accept delivery at the agreed time and delivery needs to be rescheduled, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee.
For pick-up orders not collected within 30 days of order, your order will be cancelled.
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. Therefore, customers must confirm that they are 18 years old or over when placing an order. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure their logins are not misused by any person under 18 years old. It is also required for delivery to be received by a person 18 years of age or older (ID will be required) – if not, the goods will be delivered on another day.
Under Hong Kong regulation, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
Please check all deliveries and advise us on the day of delivery if there are any breakages and/or errors.
We will replace all corked bottles at no charge with your next order.
