Meet Cami
Having worked her way up in the F&B game, Cami is now the proud owner of our city’s beloved Brut! restaurant and wine bar.
She’s been advocating for quaffable, sustainable and forward-thinking wines and wineries since the moment she hit the scene here in Hong Kong. She believes strongly in the power of community and in preserving it’s delicate ecosystem.
It’s with a lot of love and enthusiasm that she’s paired up with long term girlfriends to help breathe life into their shared passion project - Crushed. A space where wine, people and planet can all live together in perfect harmony.
Meet Leigh-Ann
Since her first sniff of a perfumey Viognier, Leigh-Ann was determined to get to know more about the wide, wonderful and occasionally weird world of wine, from joining (many!) tastings to jobs in tasting rooms, auction houses and importers.
Starting Crushed is a little like coming home for Leigh-Ann, putting her back in conversation with the people behind the wines she fell so hard for, helping them grow their baby wine projects by sharing them with you and being able to tell the kinds of stories that will help you fall down this glorious, vinous rabbit hole with her – just like the person who did that for her.
Meet Pau
Chef Paulina started her culinary adventure in Manila, mastering the art of cooking in its vibrant scene. With a passion for flavor, she jetted off to California to sharpen her skills in the diverse culinary world there.
Back in Manila, she dived into Spanish and Mexican cuisine, guided by visionary chefs who pushed her creativity. Soon enough, she became the head chef at a buzzing Japanese-Peruvian restaurant in Poblacion, blending Japanese precision with Peruvian flair to wow her patrons.
Now in Hong Kong, Paulina is loving the city's wine scene. At Crushed, her knack for dishes that feel like home has turned it into the coziest comfort food spot in the neighborhood. Each dish is a delicious journey, capturing her unique culinary magic.
Meet Kat
Katherine joined the team as General Manager in October 2024, but oh boy, has her journey been an adventure! After snagging her fashion design degree in Paris, she moved to Hong Kong. Her career took an unexpected twist into event management, where she perfected the art of creating unforgettable experiences and brought people together with her creative flair. Naturally, this path led her straight into the hospitality industry.
When she’s not managing the bar, you’ll find her diving into the latest culinary trends, mingling with fellow foodies, or hitting the high notes at karaoke sessions. Kat’s got a knack for turning every moment into a memorable experience!
