Meet Alex + Alison Sokol Blosser
Location: Dundee Hills, Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA
Farming Practices: Sustainable, Organic, and B. Corp Certified
Sokol Blosser is one of Oregon’s OG wineries—founded in 1971 by Susan Sokol and Bill Blosser, back when planting Pinot in the Dundee Hills was more dream than certainty. They helped shape the region from the ground up, with a deep respect for the land and a knack for doing things differently.
Now led by second-gen siblings Alex and Alison, the winery is still family-run and fiercely values-driven. Certified organic vineyards, a LEED-certified cellar, and a sustainability ethos that goes way beyond the buzzwords. They farm with biodiversity in mind and make wines that are elegant, expressive, and rooted in place.
Pinot Noir is the star, but their lineup includes Chardonnay, Riesling, and a few surprises. Sokol Blosser isn’t just a pioneer—it’s a modern Oregon classic, evolving with intention and heart.
