DIJON FREE PINOT NOIR

This is a match made in heaven with any duck, chicken, or mushroom based dish. Don’t recommend with anything too spicy.

This is best served at room temperature. In the height of summer, pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes before you drink it.

Minimus started as the experimental arm of Craft Wine Company. It is where the winemaker can bottle her experiments each year. Some bottles were good enough to be produced every year, others are one offs - and numbered according to which experiment number it is.

Minimus truly believes that Oregon’s heirloom clones offer the most unique style of wines. So they strive to bottle only using those heirloom varieties, or put another way - to be Dijon Free!
