This one is a personal favourite of Leigh-Ann's for sentimental reasons - the winery she worked at back home in South Africa makes a Chenin with a bit of Botrytis (which sounds a little better than Noble rot?), so there's a little bit of home in this one for her.

Chad and Bree Stock, a husband-and-wife team, have merged their superpowers and unique backgrounds in wine to create Ltd. +, which emerged as a collaboration with farmers in the area, inspired to develop a diverse and sustainable wine landscape. The wines, often made from less common grape varieties adopting innovative techniques, are changing preconceived notions of Oregon wine.
OUR FAVE THINGS ABOUT THIS WINE

There's a very specific honeyed marmalade character that pops up when Chenin gets a bit of Noble rot (don't fear the word 'rot', this is the stuff that makes regions like Sauternes famous) & we're just obsessed with the extra lusciousness it adds to this wine.
