She makes her own range of natural cosmetics, runs a boutique travel agency and makes banging wine. Alongside Paul Jordaan, assistant winemaker at Sadie Family Wines (you may have heard of them…), Pauline Roux crafts two of the most exciting Chenins coming out of South Africa.

Occitan slang for 'a walk through the bush to find your way', 'bartas' kinda means that sometimes you've gotta go off the beaten path to find the good stuff, basically.
