When she's not exploring the great outdoors while standing on her head, she's making & marketing banging wine. Alongside Paul Jordaan, ex-assistant winemaker at Sadie Family Wines (you may have heard of them...), Pauline Roux crafts two (soon to be three) of the most exciting Chenins coming out of South Africa.
OUR FAVE THINGS ABOUT THIS WINE

Occitan slang for 'a walk through the bush to find your way', 'bartas' kinda means that sometimes you've gotta go off the beaten path to find the good stuff, basically.
