HOUSE-WHIPPED BUTTER OF THE DAY
Chef Pau has a delicious roster of house-whipped flavoured butter constantly rotating over at Crushed Wine Bar. Due to popular demand, we're making some for y'all to take home!
Just like they do at the bar, the selection will change regularly.
Flavours include:
- Yuzu Kosho
- Red Wine Shallot
- Lemon Honey
- Caesar (Roast Garlic & Anchovy)
- Sun-dried Tomato
- Chorizo
- Garlic Herb
We'll have a limited selection of flavours available at any given time, but let us know if yo have a preference (or something you'd prefer to avoid) and we'll do our best to accommodate!
